1. 30-Day Return Policy:
– You can return eligible items for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date days.
– Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

 

2. Initiating a Return::
– Log in to your Hasemaz account and go to the “Order History” section.
– Select the order containing the items you wish to return and follow the provided instructions to begin the return process.

– Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the items back to us

3. Refund Process::
– Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days upon receipt of the returned items.
– The original payment method used for the purchase will be refunded.

 

– Shipping costs are non-refundable unless there was an error on our part

4  Exclusions:
– Returns may not be accepted for bespoke or personalized items.
– Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

 

5. Damaged or Defective Products:
– If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact customer service within seven days of delivery
– Provide detailed information and, if possible, attach photos of the damaged or faulty items

– We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund for damaged or defective items

6. Order Cancellations:

– If the order has not been shipped, we will cancel it and provide a full refund
